PITS saved me the risk of losing essential data. Due to the malfunctioning of my hard drive, I lost access to important business documents. Over the past months, I haven't done any backups, as luck ... would have it. When I went before PITS Global, another company tried to extract my data from the hard drive using special software. But this attempt was utterly unsuccessful. I hope I no longer need the service of this beautiful company. I made the first inquiry and they responded within one hour. After several texts and reviewing the service agreement, they sent a prepaid mailer which was helpful. The firm is very transparent with ... the agreement, timing and costs. PITS processed the data recovery in half the time they stated in their service agreement. They kept me updated via text message so I knew what to expect. Once the data was recovered I was asked to verify the files via TeamViewer which was not a great but adequate. I could have opted to retrieve the final files via a cloud process but I opted for a new hard drive. PITS is charging “retail” for the hard drive which is disappointing. Other firms give the media for free if it is a reasonable size. Overall, very pleased with the results. Well done!!!!
